Regular seating in pairs
Seats will come in pairs guaranteed (Two together).
Seating three together or more
When you need three tickets or more we'll do our best to seat you together; however, we cannot guarantee it. If you MUST sit together, kindly check availability with our customer service team, by phone or e-mail. In most cases we will be able to confirm a specific request or offer an alternative solution.
Single tickets
We sometimes offer tickets that are specifically categorized as "single".
These tickets are usually cheaper, but they are what they are – single. If you buy two "Single" tickets you will not seat together.
Group seating
For 8 tickets or more kindly check the availability for group seating and the price with our customer service team, by phone or e-mail. If the ticket category and the quantity you need is available – you can go ahead and place the order without contacting our Team, but please remember, that mainly we can secure seating in pairs.
The information above about the seating arrangements is generic and in general may not match the exact description of the ticket you’ve chosen. When available, we upload the relevant seating chart or venue map.

We work in accordance with the strictest clearing standards for web services and online transactions. In some cases our Sales Team will contact you to obtain additional information or documentation to finalize the order.
Bank transfer
This payment option is accepted only under particular commercial circumstances or partnership agreements.
One or more delivery options are available according to Event Organizer policy.
When only one delivery option is available, at page 1 of the order form you get a short description and delivery fee (if there is one) together with the summary of your purchase.
When two or more delivery options are available, at page 1 of the order form you get a summary of your order. At page 2 of the order form we will specify the delivery options & fees for you to choose from.
The delivery fee (valid only for paper tickets or season cards) will be charged once per event and not once per order.
There is always a delivery option we can provide for !
Tickets will be delivered as etickets to your email address in the week of the event or once they are released by the event organizer. These e-tickets will need to be printed out on a paper to access the event venue. In some countries (i.e. Italy) tickets might be printed with name and surname of the ticket purchaser: no worries about that. Together with the original tickets you will receive transfer tickets with name and surname of the person attending the event.
Do not forget to print all the documents you will receive by email.
Delivery will be done to clients hotel. Please provide for the following information when place the order:
The lead booking name must correctly appear to secure delivery on time.
In most cases tickets are left to hotel during the night before the event day to avoid traffic problems.
You are most welcome to place your order and submit the hotel details at a later stage. In order to ensure proper delivery this must be done two weeks prior to the event.
Please pay attention: It is very important to inform your hotel that you are expecting an envelope. The hotel reception must receive the delivery and sign for it.
If client does not provide for a hotel booking we can secure a ticket collection at the venue or a nearby spot approx. from 2 hours before the event takes place.
Pick-up instructions will be sent by e-mail together with the itinerary to reach the collection point.
For some particular event, member cards or season cards might be delivered as well.
These cards are used for other future events, therefore we need the cards to be returned after the event. In order to arrange the delivery on time, we will require the following information when place the order:

After the event, the member/season cards MUST be returned as soon as possible. Depending on the delivery address, client will be informed how to return the cards to the hotels reception or to send back the cards with a provided return envelope. Full instructions will be included together with the cards or even when the order is placed to correctly inform the client how to behave immediately after the event took place.
If for any reason the clients are unable to return the cards (lost or brought home as souvenir) an extra costs for replacement of cards or market value prices of the matches uploaded and valid on the cards will be applied.
Mobile tickets need to be opened on a smartphone, ONE ticket per smartphone. A file by email will be sent. This must be opened on a smartphone (pkpass file). The barcode needs to be scanned by smartphone at venue gates.
